About Jim Partin

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida; Jim is a sixth-generation Floridian. The Partins first arrived in Kissimmee, Florida in the mid-1850s, where they began raising cattle and growing citrus as their livelihood. James Monroe Partin, a third-generation Floridian (Jim's Great Grandfather) purchased land in the early 1920s along the shores of Lake Conway in Belle Isle, Florida, and began growing Citrus. Jim and his family reside on this same land where the grove once stood.
